Discover the world of educational excellence at the International Educational Center “Maša”. Our twenty years of experience in educating children have taught us how important it is for schools to be in line with the times in which they live today. Through dedicated commitment to our work, we create an environment that nurtures their intellectual and social development. Within our premises are three kindergartens and a primary school. We have created a system that provides access to quality, fun, and modern education from early childhood to the end of primary school. In primary school, a bilingual system will be applied so that children acquire knowledge in two languages equally. This model has proven to be an excellent way to master the curriculum and develop cognitive abilities better, such as faster thinking and memorization. The founders of the IEC “Maša,” led by Mrs. Zorka Rakčević, MA, has decades of experience in education and managing educational institutions, as well as years of practice in working with the IPC licensed program, which involves working with children from both our and foreign language-speaking areas in English, and ten years of experience in primary school. Our private preschool institutions have won numerous domestic and regional awards as significant recognition for quality, responsibility, and achieved opportunities. IEC “Maša” is an institution licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation, which enables students to enroll in regular secondary schools at the end of their schooling.

Building the future relationship
Our team consists of carefully selected teaching staff with excellent results behind them. Their goal is to build trust, recognize and guide potential in line with the child’s affinities, ensure that everyone successfully masters the basic material and adopts the right values, a positive self-image, towards their peers and the world around them. Our school team, in cooperation with parents, ensures attention and guidance for children to achieve both academic and emotion
al progress. We would emphasize that psychological monitoring is available to children throughout the year, this providing quality and continuous support to achieve the best results in their intellectual, social, and emotional development.
Shaping through activity
We believe in a holistic developmental path. Alongside academic excellence, our students actively participate in extracurricular projects such as eco patrols, robotics, performing arts, music, journalism, and many others. Excursions, field trips, and planned visits further enrich children’s experiences, while participation in various competitions at home and abroad affirms their competitiveness. It is precisely activities of this type that most influence their socialization and psychophysical development because is there anything more fun and easier than acquiring knowledge and rules through play?
Healthy body in a healthy environment
Our commitment to a holistic approach is applied in practice by encouraging students to engage in sports and develop environmental awareness, instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and environmental responsibility. In school, karate and dance training are available as part of regular activities in collaboration with reputable clubs, as well as various activities within the Eco School initiatives.
With a healthy body and healthy mind
Our psychologist is also involved in working with children. Care for children’s mental health is one of the key factors in nurturing and developing all the potentials of a student. Psychological support is
important to assess the child’s developmental status and monitor the adaptation of students to school life. Through work with the psychologist, our students will have the opportunity to improve their self-expression, communication, and self-esteem through
purposefully prepared workshops. Learning assistance programs will be implemented focusing on work organization, time management, learning skills, and self-monitoring. Support in the process
of children’s and youth development is organized, where they will learn to control their emotions and stress. Support is also provided to parents through parent meetings or individual meetings as
needed and according to parents’ interests because parenting is not easy and does not come with a manual. We will always be available to our parents through Open Days.
A space for enjoyment
The facility is equipped with the latest technology. Each classroom has a smart board, and students will have their own tablet that they can use throughout all 9 grades of school, which specifically assists them in learning. Equipped with modern technological devices and advanced learning tools, our classrooms provide an optimal environment for effectively achieving results according to modern standards. Balanced and nutritionally rich diet is the basis of health, and our children in kindergartens have three, and in primary school two quality meals a day.
